After adding category I don't see successful screen, but another 2 frames created in the working area. Thus I have 2 navigation panels.
Add link work as well.
Build all don't work also with cgi error below.

Check and see if there is a links.db.bak file in your data directory. If there is, try giving it 666 permissions. Also, check the permissions on the data directory. Try making those permissions 777.

The problem is, Links is trying to create a temporary copy of links.db in the data directory but doesn't have the permissions necessary to overwrite one that is in there, or doesn't have the permissions to create one.

The most problem that I don't get successful screen. I got another copy of Links in cgimain frame.

Bak file created, but I don't have root priv's to change mode to 666.

Get a copy of FileMan, the file manager script Alex has written. Using it, you will be able to change any of the permissions on any of your files.
