I have just noticed that Links 2 has given a new addition to the DB the same ID as an entry already in the DB.

Links will not let me access it now at all, it brings up the first entry with the same ID number.

Hope that makes sense.

To fix the erroneous record, you will need to manually edit the database with an ASCII editor of some time. Find the record and change the record number (the number before the first "|" in the record) to what it should be.

After you have done that, check linksid.txt and see what number is in it. It should be the last record number used in your database. If it is not, change it to the last record number and save it. After that, you should have no more problems with it.
