Go to Add Category - nothing happens

Go to Add Category - nothing happens
I installed the program last night and it seems to be functioning (no error messages so far). When I click on Add Categories from the Admin page, I get a blank page in the frame. Does anybody know what's wrong and how do I add a category, then?
