Where is your account name in the path? You are using root path.

Still not working, I have set all CGI files to 755.

Hello,
I got my root_path all woked out, but things still are working right
http://www.classifiedsexpress.com/links/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi
Any sugestions?

Did you upload them(CGI files) in ASCII mode, and chmoded them to 755?

Well, you didn't fill in the referers..., fill it in like this:

I'm slowly getting everything to work. But now I get this : Error including libraries: Substitution replacement not terminated at admin/links.cfg line 148.

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.
