I installed the links scripts and I am almost positive I got all the settings correct. When I run the admin script (its the only one ive tried yet) I get this error msg..

"Error including libraries: syntax error at /u/htdocs/scream1/links/cgi-bin/admin/db_utils.pl line 406, near "$toe"

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly."

Anyone have any ideas?

No, I havnt made any changes to any .pl or .cgi scripts. just the links.cfg file. I will try to reupload the db_utils.pl file What should the file permissions be on those files? 755?

Have you made any changes to the db_utils.pl file? If not, re-upload the db_utils.pl script.

Uh...no...The file permission of the .pl files should be 644 (rw-r--r--).

Thanx, I reuploaded the .pl file and it worked. I guess it got corrupted or something in the previous upload.
