Thanks for the help, unfortunately it changed the error, but did not solve it. Now I get a "save file as or run from location" prompt as though I'm downloading a file

Two problems found, isolated, squashed, and creamed...

1) Too many slashes in a URL
2) no space in one of the $ENV('DOCUMENT_ROOT') lines
