I get this warning when i try to use the build script.

Updating New and Popular Records . . .
CGI Error:
Message: fatal error: invalid date format: 17-Jan-1999. Reason: Day '' out of range 1..31 at /www/htmlwizards/getstarted/admin/links.cfg line 210

I have redownloaded links.cfg and recopied in the date part but with no success. can anyone lend me a hand.

Sounds to me like you have a date somewhere in links.db that does not contain a day or the day is reversed (i.e., 41 instead of 14, etc., or a day that is "0").
