Getlemen: how to put non-english characters
in links 2.0 category names? I could not
find build_allow_char = "-"; option as
it was with Lnks 1.1. Any ideas? Please
let me know, this is very important for me.

It's not possible in Links 2 without modifications. You should take a look at:

http://www.gossamer-threads.com/...cations/Version_2.x/

as someone has made some instructions for how to alter the program to allow non-english characters.
