1. When I went to "modify" a category to test Headers & Footers, I discovered there are no categories (even though the directories and cat.db are still there). How can I get 'em back -- and how did they go away.

2. I tested "headers" by adding the name of a header file (an HTML file) in the header field of the "modify a record" feature in Admin. It was a test category that simply showed the name of the file as a header. Every reference to this feature I've seen says to just type the name of the header file in the text box and make sure the header file is in the "headers" directory. I'm sure I overlooked something very simple, but can't figure out what.
