I run on a UNIX server with Perl 5.003 I can not get the build html or any of the verify functions to work. Error Loading System Libraries. Reason: Perl 5.004 required--this is only version 5.003, stopped at
/u/web/netac1/cgi-local/search/admin/nph-verify.cgi line 32. I am building html outside of my cgi-local directory. Your documentation does not indicate that these features will not work under this version. Is this the true problem?
