Do you have your LINKS generated files built as .shtml or a file extension that allows SSI on your server?

What kind of scripts are you trying to execute via SSI? If it is a banner program, I would recommend reading the FAQ in the LINKS Section of the Resource Center to find out how to get banners to work.

You can also copy the codes from your SSI generated scripts into the site_html_tempaltes.pl and then create global variables in the following manner:

I would recommend WebAdverts. Please look in the Resource Center for the FAQ, which addresses how to use this program in your directory and also links to the WebAdverts web site.

I am using a totally different banner program, which the programmer has disappeared from cyberspace.

But many people have had success with WebAdverts in their LINKS projects.
