Hi!!!

I have install Links 2.0 and everything work fine except the validation part in the admin interface. When i add something i receive a confirmation and an email. After i go to the admin and click on Validate and i receive that msg :

Check which records (3) you wish to validate and then press "Validate ".
Only 10 records are displayed at a time.
Click on the validate link to open a new window to preview the site.

But i see no records ...

Could someone help me ???

Hi,

Have you added any new fields to the database? Try erasing the contents of validate.db and trying again.

If you are still stuck, email me ftp info and a URL and I'll take a look.

I too have this problem, and am very interested to know how to fix it. I tried to delete the validate.db replacing it with the original from the install zip file. I checked all permissions, they appear to me to be correct.

I have added no fields (yet). Just a basic install. The only files I have changed are site_html.pl and links.cfg (that I remember). Any other ideas?

If someone can email me a URL to their admin I can take a look. I can't reproduce it..

The problem was the template directory had been removed, and Links was dying because email-del.txt could not be found (the error message could only be seen by viewing the source as it was within a table).
