all is working.
Only User can't add a Site.
Error Message:

"Auto submission is not allowed in this directory. Please visit the site to add your entry. "

Can you help me ?

If you search the forum more carefully, using the keywords Auto Submission, you will find quite a few Threads where this has been addressed before.

The problem is that you have NOT defined your DOMAIN and/or IP address in the @db_referer array in the links.cfg file. Wink
