As discussed before...check the following:
1) That your $db_mail_path -OR- $db_smtp_server variables are configured correctly.
2) That you have set the $db_email_add variable to 1 in the links.cfg file. And while you are at it, make sure the $db_email_modify is set to 1.
3) Make sure that the Mailer.pm file is uploaded to your $db_lib_path and is set to 644 (rw-r--r--).
