home page error when adding cig-bin not found

I know that the path isn't set correctly but what file do I modify to correct? links.cfg is now corrected but it does not relect the change. I also have this problem on search, etc.

links.cfg is the only file you need to configure with path information. All the scripts get their path info from links.cfg.
