In my site_html.pl file, I changed all the global categories to what I want but it won't work except on the very main page. Go to http://www.freestuffcentral.com/index1.html for an example of how I want it to look. Yet when you go to http://www.freestuffcentral.com/Beauty_Supplies/ it doesn't take those global settings into effect... Also Whats Cool (http://www.freestuffcentral.com/cool/) doesn't work either or Whats New. Please help.

Weird.. MY .cgi files work.. If you go to http://www.freestuffcentral.com/add.cgi you will see that it has the correct background. How come my HTML files won't work (except for the main page)

I fixed that program.. but now when I try to build my pages using nph-build.cgi it tries saving it in netscape.. i chmod'd it and it worked just 5 minutes ago.. any clue what i should do?
