The build all does not properly work as I mentioned in the previous message. In addition, newly added pages show up on "What's new page", but do not show up on the corresponding page.

What corresponding page are you referring to?

Do you have long date links in your What's New Page? If not, you possibly have spanning pages turned off for the what's new page.

Also, if your index is not being completely built, then this may have something to do with it.
