Any way of having 'Wrap On' by default?
I have been using the fabulous Fileman for a year now on a daily basis. Thanks Gossamer for providing such a geat product!

One thing that I do manually whenever I open any HTML file is make the code appear 'wrapped'. I do this by clicking the 'Wrap On' button in the file manager.

Have to do it hundreds of times a week. Is there any mod. to make the pages display wrapped automatically?

Thank you VERY much.

Hi Nadeem Azam,

In the file_editor.html template, change the content textarea wrap attribute to wrap='on' (about line 119) and change the bswitch input button tag value attribute to value='Wrap Off' (about line 128). That seemed to work for me.

Regards,
Charlie

Charlie, you're an angel! Thanks very much for your help. Works great now :)

Fixing this issue has brought something else up.

I had a few failed installs before I managed to get Fileman going a year ago.

When I did a search for file_editor.html, the following appeared:

cgi-bin/templates/file_editor.html

fileman/templates/file_editor.html

private/templates/file_editor.html

scgi-bin/fileman-2.0.1/private/templates/compiled/file_editor.html.compiled

scgi-bin/fileman-2.0.1/private/templates/file_editor.html

scgi-bin/fileman-2.0.1/private/tmp/fileman-2.0.1/private/templates/compiled/file_editor.html.compiled

scgi-bin/fileman-2.0.1/private/tmp/fileman-2.0.1/private/templates/file_editor.html

scgi-bin/fileman/private/templates/file_editor.html

templates/file_editor.html

The working Fileman, that is use, is here:

http://www.mydomainname.com/...an-2.0.1/fileman.cgi

Is there anybody who could advise on which folders I can delete or how I can work out which of my folders are unnecessary to keep please?

It would be nice to get rid of the failed installs and reclaim the space...

Thanks.
