I ahve lot of files and subdirectories before install this script. Everything seems to be good but I can't changer misstion or edit files. I keep getting I don't have permission even I set everything 777. Any idea would be helpful. Hope programmer will add moving file on next version.

Excuting them from the webserver? Or editing them on the server?

In the root directory, I can do anything. But in the subdirectory, I can't chmod, edit files, even create new file/directory.

If I create a file in root directory, then I can't do anthing to that file via telnet. It seems that whatever I can do via telnet, I can't do on the webserver and backward.

Please try setting the permissions for the file to 666 and not 777. However, I do not think that is the problem. I have a feeling that you did not set the permissions for root directory properly. If you could set try setting the permissions of the root directory to 777, maybe it will work. If you are still encountering problems, please post another message.
