Fileman - install.dat is corrupted...

Fileman - install.dat is corrupted...
I get this error after filling out the install.cgi form.

File was uploaded in binary mode.

Permissions were given.

I redownloaded the tar file from Gossamer.

The only thing I can see is that maybe the file IS corrupt.
