Hi,
I just completed installing fileman via telnet. The installation was successful or so it appears to be. The problem is I cannot log into the script (http://www.antiquingonline.com/cgi.bin/fileman/fileman.cgi.
I have looked at the ConfigData.pm file and the password I am attempting to input (an alpanumeric combination) is identical to the one contained in that file. I have tried using the keypad for the numeric portion of the password to no avail. I am using the correct upper/lowercase combo for the alpha characters. Has anyone experienced this problem?
The structure in the ConfigData.pm file is as follows:
'root_dir' => '/home/username/htdocs',
'html_root_url' => 'http://www.antiquingonline.com/cgi.bin/images',(**which seems to be incorrect ??)
'priv_path' => '/home/username/htdocs/cgi.bin/private',
'image_path' => '/home/username/htdocs/cgi.bin/images',
'root_path' => '/home/username/htdocs/cgi.bin/fileman',
'root_url' => 'http://www.antiquingonline.com/cgi.bin/fileman',
'template_root' => '/home/username/htdocs/cgi.bin/private/templates'
I am not a programmer, so if you can help, I will need specific instructions!
I'm desperate because if I can't get into the program, how on earth do I uninstall it???
I've not looked at permissions since the Readme file doesn't give specifics as to what they should be.
Thanks much for any and all help,
Elaine Kula
