Has anyone encountered the following errors on setup:

Could not make directory (d:/html/users). Reason: File exists

I have checked permissions etc.

Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated.

Can you delete all files in the /html/users directory?

I get exactly the same message. Please help( and I am not deleting what's in my user directory either)

Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm installing it via browser on Windows server...no access to TelNet.
