Missing images after installation

Missing images after installation
Hi!
I have just downloaded and installed Fileman 2.
Somehow I didn't get the images installed. There is no images folder.
Is there somewhere I can download the images and upload to my site - or
Do I have to reinstall the whole thing?

I celeted everything and reinstaller. Now everything looks OK and I am ready to test
