I have installed version 2.1.1 and I can't see any icon images.

I put all the install files in directories other than cgi-bin,
I copied the files correctly,
I have edited the fileman.cgi and find no reference to a URL path to the icon folder.


Any help would be greatly appreciated since if I can get this to work I will be able to move to a new host!

See the path of images used. You can easily debug the problem, by checking the URL...
Then go to the Admin setup, and fix the paths.
