Search & replace function

Search & replace function
Is there some special trick for the search & replace function? I can get the search command to produce results. But, the same entry on the search with a replacement gives me the screen, "Your search did not produce any results". And, the files I had selected are not modified.

Hi,

Basically, the search command will search based on name of all files in your current directory or root. If you want to search the contents of the files, you have to choose the check box search contents.
The replace command , works differently , will always search and replace the contents of the files.

Cheers,

Well there's an idea for a feature. Unix can be tricky to figure out how to bulk rename a bunch of files. I have found a shell script I have to sneak around to use that will do the job, but I was hoping fileman would make batch pattern match filename search & replace/rename easy.
