I am on a nt host, and the problem is that I cannot upload large files, like say over 200KB with out the uploading just timing out with a error small files upload without a problem, and I have changed the max_upload => 100000, any idea's how tho fix this,(error is page not found) thanks guys.

Well, if you did set the variable to 100000 (meaning 100,000 bytes or 200 kbytes), then of course, you would not be able to upload a 200 kbyte file. What you need to do is set the variable to something like a MG...1000000.
