An account that had been working fine (with uploads) has suddenly stopped. My client has tried sending files to the account and gets the following message back:

Error Message : Can't open:
'/home/flowdry/www/users/parker/drawing_pack_dxf.zip'.
Reason: Permission denied
Script Location : /usr1/flowdry/www/cgi-bin/fileman/fileman.cgi
Perl Version : 5.006

I checked the directory permissions and they look like this:

drwxr-xr-x 2 99 99 4096 Nov 27 16:50 parker

Other accounts seem to be working fine, confused as to why this one has stopped working???

Did you come up with a solution to this problem? I'm experiencing the same thing?
