Dear All,

Can anyone help please?:

When we try to view the files listed in Fileman, it shows them in the same window. This makes editing and viewing my webpages at the same time (if you catch my drift) difficult.

Is there a simple ammendment that anybody knows about to the Fileman script so that when we click on the file names, they pop-up in a new window?

I wanted the same exact thing and was able to mofify the code to open certain files in a new window... Search for parts of the script that contain <a href=".... > at the end of the line add target="_blank"

Change it under the #Binary Files and #Text Files section of the fileman.cgi file. My lines read as so:

<a href="$url/$file" target="_blank">$file</a>

Thanks a million for your advice 'henram'. I waited nearly half a year for a response, but when I got one it was just what I wanted. I've managed to make the changes and Fileman works the way I want it to now!
