Why getting - 403 - Forbidden Error
Hi,

FileMan installed OK.

I keep getting a "403" forbidden error when I click on the "File and Directory Listing" links? I have not password protected anything yet.

What could be wrong?

Probably because your server is setup not to allow directory listings.

i highly doubt that, since file listings are a hardcoded server-side feature..fileman just looks at all the files and lists them. i think that the script doesnt have permission to view the folder, try chmod'ing the fileman folder to 744, if that doesnt work try 755 (client should not need to execute, but everyone might need permission so that the server can execute...linux is strange that way ;P)
