Program: Fileman
Platform: Win NT
Web Server: Netscape Enterprise Server
Type of Perl: ActiveState Perl


There is a program that generates file names have up to 40 characters in length. I get the following error when the operator invokes "rename" or "delete" from the Filman program. Can I accommodate this requirement by changing the Fileman program or should ActiveState Perl 5.0 be able to handle this???? Thanks in advance...but I need to know prior to December 6.......
