I recently installed fileman.cgi. when trying to test the upload feature I get the following error:
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

CGI open of \temp\CGItemp2890001: Permission denied

I've uploaded the script as ASCII and set the permissions on the main directory.

Is this on a Unix machine or Windows machine?
I think that the problem is because when you are uploading, it is being saved to a temporary file but you might have no permission to either open/write to the file which is why there is a permission denied error. The person to talk to would be your system administrator. I think he/she could help you out better.
