Auto Create Error???

Auto Create Error???
Greetings!

I am getting the following error:

---- Start of Error Message ----

Unable to auto-create user: abcd.
Reason: Column Password cannot be left blank. at /path/to/admin/Links/Authenticate.pm line 124.

This is in Beta 2 of Community. Import of all User names went fine. AutoCreate is set to yes. Links is enabled for the User.

This error occurs when trying to login.

Any idea what is occurring here? I suspect it may have something to do with the Password field in Links being set to Not Null = Yes.

Sorry about the late reply on this.. Are you still seeing this problem? If so, is it only on imported users, or is it on new users as well?

Hi Alex,

I'm getting a similar Auto Create Error for a username currently in the database.

A fatal error has occured:
Unable to auto-create user: hercules. Reason: Column Password cannot be left blank. at /left_blank/cgi-bin/admin/Links/Authenticate.pm line 124.
Please enable debugging in setup for more details.

Note: I'm using Community v.1.0.0

Same problem on my page.
About 1% of my users get this error Unsure

When I delete their account and they register again, everthing works fine.

1% is not much, but annoying...
