I noticed that in the TEXT language globas, there is a string for "Your account had been disabled" - how would that get triggered?

If you disable the user in applications it does not show up when you log in. Any ideas?

You can disable the actual community account, and regardless of the application settings, the user won't be able to log in.

Click on the user, and set "Enabled" to "No" (it's near the top).
