Well, as I saw there is no place to change that on the admin interface. It's a beta app, so this is not strange...

However you can open /gcomm/private/community.conf and edit the following:
'signup_questions' => [
'Your mothers maiden name:',
'Your place of birth:',
'Your high school name:',
'Your favorite color:'
],

Warning! You should avoid to use ' sign in the text, or if you use escape it using this way: \'

Would it be possible to have this in the "language" file in order to translate it without hacking the core code in future versions ?

Well, community.conf is just a config file.
Editing it, doesn't mean that you hack any core code.
Just modify & translate to the language you want...

Right, my fault, I hadn't looked for the file yet .
However I do think that for the international market it would be a good idea to have this in the language globals
