in the gcommunity settings there is a field:

signup_restricted_email

Can you enter in a wildcard in the location such as:

*@somedomain.com

?

I'm not sure that option does quite what it looks like, but I guess it couldn't hurt to try =)

You would probably need to try one of the following:

It depends on how the regex (if it is indeed done as a regex) pattern matching is setup.
