How could a user login before account creation?
Hmm, timings recorded by GCommunity shows it to be so...
Is this a Bug?

Very strange indeed. I had a look through the code. Both comm_created and comm_lastlogin are only ever set to system time, never to any user input. The created date is set when a user signs up, or when an admin adds a user. The login time is set when a user logs in or when they verify and are logged in.

Only thing I could guess is the account was imported from say Gossamer Forum (and the created date was imported as well), or that the server clock is not synced, and it lost some time.
