I'm currently running Community v 1.0.2 with Links SQL v 2.2.1

I want to upgrade to the latest version of Community v 1.1.1.

Three questions;
1) Is this an easy upgrade? i.e. Will the new script work with my existing user data from V 1.0.2?
2) My current user passwords are stored clear text in order to work with a Photopost integration - will this still work in v 1.1.1?
3) Does the community plugin for Links v 2.2.1 still work with Community v 1.1.1?


This is all part of a slow upgrade to get the site up to the latest version of LinksSQL but I want to take baby steps!

I wouldn't recommend upgrading your version of Community unless you upgrade Links SQL to version 3.x. There are some incompatibilities (mostly the GT::Template errors) that crop up with running older libraries with newer versions. If you do choose to upgrade community, make sure you get Links SQL using the newer GT libraries.
