Is it possible to set up different groups that have different applications enabled?

And is it possible to store them in seperate user tables?

For example,

Group A has access to GForum and the user details are stored in comm_users_forum.

Group B has access to DBManSQL and the users are stored in comm_users_dbman.

etc..
