Greetings,

I am enjoying exploring this community plug-in and helping with beta-testing but I can't go much further until the users that are imported from gmail work. The email address as username is too many characters. If it is a pretty simple change I would love to get some instructions on what to alter/add so the max characters for username is increased.

Took me a while to find this corner of GTComm, too... but, do to Databases/Customize Profile... then click on the field you need to enlarge. Then just enlarge it!

Can a person do an inquiry on their usernames in SQL prior to doing the import and set the field up for the largest name using the same method? Or is it more of a hassle to do that?

Thanks for the reply dave. I do not see a field for username though? Were you able to increase the max characters for username in this interface?
