Very new to community - just installed - I added linksSQL as an application and create a new user and this user had auto access to linksSQL everything works fine.

logged in as the user I updated the profile to change the user real name since there was a typo - the change occured in community but did not update the database in Links SQL as it still reports the initial name entered.

Should the links SQL database have been updated automatically?

Currently only Email is synced between applications. We are looking at changing this in the next release and making it configurable. If you want, you can use the community user name in Links SQL with:

<%Plugins::Auth_Community::get_profile%>
Your name is: <%prof_first_name%> <%prof_last_name%>
