I went looking for a new relese, and ended up upgrading the 1.0 to the 1.01 version.

1) It would be better to have the "mysql.cgi" be the default, with a
comment line above it for putting in a full path. That will help
let it run "out of the box" without having to delete the GT IP#

2) The copyright statement in the upper right still says 1.0 release.
The blue-bar headers are correct.
