Here is my problem...
Permission to perform action denied!

MySQL Said: Access denied for user: 'adultdes@localhost' to database 'phpListPro'.
Query: CREATE DATABASE phpListPro

Any ideas??

Yea, your hosting company may not have set-up your MYSQL server configurations correctly. That error means that you do not have permissions to create a new database. Most hosting companies of virtual companies do not allow their customers to create new databases.

I used to, but when I sent a message to my hosting company about all the security loop holes in their MySQL server, they closed down my option to add new databases.

It sounds like your hosting company is similar to mine.
My host allows me 5 databases/users. All of them are prenamed and can be activated/de-activated by way of a user interface that they supply (Control Panel).
I can't rename them anything. I have to stick with the naming convention that they pre-defined for my account.
