Greetings from NF:


If possible (or impossible) could you suggest solutions to the following problem:

Can not login to manage db but is possible to 'direct connect to db.
When attemting to login the system just reloads login page repeatedly.
Have tried several variations for demo info in the cfg file but no go.

I've changed the IP address to 0's and the actual domain name reported by the debug report to domain.com to protect the names of the innocent:.)

I used the domian name - the .com for the name of the db. It appearrs to work fine when accessed via 'direct connect'

It looks to me that the cookies are not setting properly. I would suggest clearing out your cookies. Then try logging in again. Your browser must accept cookies in order for the login form to work.

If you are using MSIE as your browser, you might have to exit and reboot windows. If you are not on Windows, just clearing out your cookies may work.

I've hit this time and again, and often I forget to just shut everything down, put another curse on M$, and reboot.
