Updated MySQLMan - still path problems?
Okay - tried installing 1.06 for awhile (lots of path problems) until I saw the post about 1.09 and tried that, but I STILL can't get it to work. Now getting this error:

CGI ERROR
==========================================
Error Message : fatal undef error: GT::Template (77550): Unable to create compiled template directory './cgi-bin/phpadmin/templates/compiled'. Reason: No such file or directory at html.pl line 447.

Script Location : mysql.cgi
Perl Version : 5.00503

The directory DOES exist, with 777 permissions. What did I do wrong??Pirate

Thanks,

Leslie

Well, ya know what? After messing with it Piratefor awhile, I decided to try installing phpMyAdmin, and that is working like a charm. Unless someone can give me a good reason to try MySQLMan again (better features, for instance), I'm gonna stick with that!

Thanks anyway - - -

Again, if there's a compelling reason to try again, I will - I'm open to any input.

Hehe....its a mysql front-end....the features are practically the same :)

Try creating a directory called "compiled" and chmod it to 777

Well, that's what I was saying - there WAS a "complied" directory and it was set to 777, so I didn't understand the error. Oh, well - - rockin' and rollin' with the "other white meat."

Hmm are you sure you didn't mix up the paths?
