I do not have any experience with programming, neither Perl nor mySQL, but I have installed some "ready-to-use"-Perl-scripts (e.g. Links 2.0). My question:

Can I install MySQLMan and manage my database with this script, if I Don't know the MySQL programming language?

Or would it better to use flat text files for my database, although they could become very big.

Firstly you can't manage Links2 with MySQLMan because it doesn't use MySQL......but yes, you can manage your databases with MySQLMan if you have a basic knowledge of mysql.

I know that Links 2.0 doesn't use MySQL. My question was, if I can manage a MySQL database with MySQLMan although I don't have any experience with MySQL and no programming skills.
