I download mysqlman and am trying to install it

what i have done so far is:

download and unzip it

used ws_ftp to up load what i unzip to my cgi-bin

change the permission to mysql.cgi to 755 and used unix defaults for the rest of the permissions

used my e browser to run mysql.cgi and i got the following error.(see below)

Let change chmod of templates/compiled (or template if compiled doesn't exist) to 777.
