No...it only works with MySQLMan as written.
You could re-write it to connect to ODBC and also change the driver configs in the configuration and executable script.
Running Perl in Windows server is not the best idea either due to memory leaks and also abuse of server resources. The better approach is to use ASP or CF (Cold Fusion) to administrate your MS-SQL server.

Hi,
No it doesn't work for mSQL as it contains a lot of MySQL specifics.
As AnthroRules pointed out, it also doesn't work for MS-SQL (from Microsoft). ;)
