Links had disappeared

In my site already links had 1305 (resources) and today when I was to validate the resources added, for my surprise alone it has 167.
I am despaired. Alguem can help me, please.
It will be that I can recoup links in backup in db?
I am not obtaining to validate links..
I am not obtaining to Add links..

This the error....
