Help, i have blank site after clicking 'Build All'

i have two computers, with microsoft browser. With one i can create new pages (when i clicking 'Build All'), with another not.

after clicking 'Build All' will show blank site or action cancel, right of frame in my browser. What is the problem?

It must stay "Building Pages" ...

now in unix section .. sorry wrong section
