Errors after changing servers

Hi,

I have just changed servers from a Raq4 to a late Unix server and find that i am having problems running admin.cgi and get the error below from nph-build.cgi.

Is there a fix for this ??
CGI ERROR

Error Message : fatal error: invalid date format: 1-Mar-98 - parsed as (day: 1, month: 2, year: -1802). Reason: Cannot handle date (0, 0, 0, 1, 2, 98) at links.cfg line 174
